Salon Policies

  • There are no refunds. We will fix your nails within a reasonable time (less than 1 week) from the date of service.
  • Notify our staff of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions that may affect your service.
  • While we try our best to be on time with appointments, we cannot control for unexpected events that may cause delays-Please be patient and understanding, and let us know if you cannot wait so we can try to figure out a solution that works best for you.
  • The salon is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please keep personal belongings with you at all times.
  • Children must be supervised at all times and are not allowed to play with/on any salon equipment, furniture, and products.
  • Floors may occasionally become wet due to the nature of our services.  If you notice any unexpected wet areas, please alert a staff member immediately.
  • We do NOT accept Checks.
  • Inappropriate and rude behavior will not be tolerated and may result in refusal of service.
    If you are feeling ill, please reschedule your appointment to protect the health of staff and other clients.☺️ We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a safe, clean, & enjoyable atmosphere!
